Old York Slate Installation With New Wooden Fencing and Gravel Boards in Cork

Here is a a bit more of an unusual patio installation. The customer chose the Old York Slate range which which installed as a patio surface. It is laid in three different sizes and set on a mortar bed. We put in a new base, added membrane sheeting and put down a mortar bed.

We put in new wooden fencing with gravels boards and concrete fence posts. The Old York was laid off a string line level to ensure a level, smooth finish as they are a very rippled slab.
